I build on the Team Assessment by collaborating with sponsors, team leaders, and team members to make real-time improvements to the way the team behaves and works, through awareness and new habits. Together, we sustain improvements in overall cohesion, effectiveness, and performance.

Within this process, I collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, build the team toolkit, observe and participate in real work sessions and meetings, coach the team leader one-on-one and during group sessions, and guide the team to improve effectiveness and performance and achieve sustainable results. ​
